Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VATREX ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan holders.

VATREX is a trading journal and analytics platform designed for funded traders and active market participants. The Service provides tools for:

• Logging and reviewing trade journal entries.
• Analyzing performance metrics, win rate, R:R, drawdown, and behavioral patterns.
• Managing multiple capital accounts and tracking risk parameters.
• Accessing analytics and behavioral insights based on your trade history.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Accounts found to be fraudulent or used in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or material that violates third-party rights.
• Share your account access with others or resell access to the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or plan restrictions.

VATREX offers three tiers: Free ($0), Pro ($29/mo), and Elite ($79/mo, coming soon). The Free plan is limited to 20 trade entries, basic statistics, and one capital account. Pro includes unlimited trades, full analytics, confluence tracking, and behavioral intelligence, with a 30-day free trial on signup, after which a $29/mo subscription is required to maintain access. Elite features are currently in development and not yet available for purchase.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice before any change takes effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VATREX and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

VATREX and its underlying software, design, and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You retain full ownership of the trade data and journal entries you create.

By using the Service, you grant VATREX a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
